Researchers Agree:
Isolated vitamins and minerals aren't the answer. We must get our nutrients from whole food - and whole food
supplements.
Here is what Judith DeCava, author of Biochemistry of Foods and Supplements, has to say about isolated
vitamins and minerals:
"To isolate a vitamin and mineral, an amino acid - or whatever - and call it a nutrient is just as impractical
as isolating a steering wheel, battery or carburetor and calling it an automobile. It won't work without all
the parts."
